i went to see this chinese sensei for shao lin...regarding my shoulder...
first he applied some cream and started massaging using a wooden stick..quite painful..
then his left hand hold my left shoulder..i turned my head to my left..see what he wants..just then i hear "plut plut plut..." i turned my head to see my right shoulder (injured shoulder) and was fucking shocked.. he was actually using a small device somewhat like a stapler and poking my shoulder..my shoulder was cover with blood..immediately i felt dizzy..i can't see blood..the next thing even more scary..he took out his bamboo cups and vacuum it then put on my shoulder to suck out the so called "huo"... after 5 sec i saw stars..he removed the bamboo cups one by one and i don't even dare to look at my shoulder because i know what is being sucked out..BLOOD! “师傅。。我很晕。。”，“你看淤血来的，黑色的” WHY!! WHY must he show me a cotton wool full of jelly like black blood! so gross..my whole body nuo diao..and only managed to stand up after resting for a few minutes.. i really can't stand the sight of blood..esp blood being sucked out!!!! ahhhhhh...and he asked me to go back next wed..i really don't know if i should go back..ok..to be fair..it really helps..and effect is immediate..feel much better after the treatment..but still gross..

hi there, honously...i think this not a good way to solve your shoulder pain! u're an updated person rite i belive...why don't you look for a physiotherapist who really can help you!!is sad to see all those cruel things happen on you...
anyway, give physiotherapist a chance to really solve you shoulder pain and with some education of your's body.
